Advisor to a joint developer (with Shell) of an LNG import project in Sicily on structure and negotiating the Regas Code for the terminal operations and regulatory compliance. Also advisor including the purchase of LNG supplies and marketing of gas in Italy

Sonatrach (Algiers)
Advisor on strategic entry into the Italian market for 2 bcm/year gas supplies. Market analysis, regulatory advice and setting up a gas trading team in Milan. (with Alba Soluzioni 2008).
Po Valley Energy (Roma)
